Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Malaysia's Industrial Division is recruiting on behalf of a prominent energy company specializing in the exploration, production, and distribution of natural gas in the Arabian region.
They are currently looking to hire a seasoned Project Engineer to assist them with a CAPEX project for their leading client and will be based at Al-Jubail in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan, coordinate, and execute projects related to natural gas exploration, production, and distribution.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery within specified scope of work.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to obtain necessary permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for project execution.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications, engineering drawings, and project reports.
- Monitor project progress, identify, and address any deviations or obstacles, and implement corrective measures as required.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and contractual obligations.
- Knowledge of applicable Industry Standards and Codes (eg. API, ASME)
- Knowledge of engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, engineering standards specs and codes.
- Knowledge of PC & applicable software related to projects
- Good knowledge of SAP (Project System)
- Good Project Management skills and knowledge of Project Management processes.
- Computer Operations, Microsoft Office / Outlook
- Communication Skills, Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking).
- Interpersonal skills & Problem Solving.
- Able to ensure EHSS compliance during project life cycle
