About The Role:


Responsibilities:


  • Develop product roadmap: Based on the data collected and understanding of the market trend and opportunities, you will develop a product roadmap that outlines the product development strategy, timeline, and milestones.
  • Manage product development: You will work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that product development meets user needs and business objectives. This includes developing product specifications, providing feedback on design and functionality, and ensuring that products are delivered on time.
  • Create marketing strategies: You will work with the marketing team to develop marketing strategies that effectively promote Mrsool products and features. This includes developing messaging, positioning, and gotomarket strategies.
  • Monitor product performance: You will monitor product performance using analytics tools to track Users retention, Users adaptations, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators. You will use this data to make informed decisions about product enhancements, marketing strategies, and other aspects of product management that can further drive the company growth.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams: You will collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including design, engineering, sales, and customer service teams, to ensure that product development and marketing efforts align with business objectives and customer needs, while also driving other growth initiatives.
  • Conduct and manage market research: You will be responsible for conducting and managing market research to identify opportunities for generating commissionable and noncommissionable revenue. This includes analyzing market data, customer feedback, and industry reports to make informed decisions about product development and marketing strategies that can drive noncommission revenue
  • Plan NCR projects: You will be responsible for planning NCR (Non-Commission Revenue) projects, which involves identifying opportunities for generating noncommission revenue, developing strategies and plans for implementation, and tracking progress against targets.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- at least 4+ years of experience in product management or marketing preferably in tech industry background, with a proven track record of success in launching and managing successful products in the market.

  • Strategic Thinking and ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Product Management including market research, user research, and product lifecycle management.
  • Communication Skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and concepts to various stakeholders.
  • Leadership with ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals towards achieving common goals.
  • Analytical with collect, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Innovative and ability to identify new opportunities and develop unique solutions to business challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge including market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Adaptability to changing business conditions and be comfortable working in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Cross-Functional Teamwork with ability to build relationships with stakeholders from different departments to achieve common objectives.
