Job Title:
Human Resources Specialist


Job Objective:
Provide support to management in attracting talents and offer full support to company employees throughout their tenure. Efficiently and professionally manage employee relations.


Job Description:


Develop the strategic plan for human resources, including vision, mission, key tasks and duties, general policies, procedures, and work models.

Prepare and continuously update job descriptions for company positions, including competency dictionaries, capabilities, and skills. Develop job classification and career paths for company positions.

Prepare the organizational work regulation, rewards and penalties regulation, and employee handbook.


Manage and organize the onboarding of new employees (contracting, preparing necessary materials for the employee to start work, health insurance, monitoring during the probation period, etc.).

Monitor attendance, departure, and absences. Prepare and edit the monthly payroll sheet and protect wages, manage matters related to government electronic systems and services.


Design and implement an employee performance monitoring and evaluation system with relevant departments, by defining measurement criteria, performance rates, measuring results, and linking them to related systems such as promotions, rewards and salary increases, training, etc.

Work on preparing and designing effective motivational policies, and raise job satisfaction among employees.

Perform any other tasks or duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.


Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, General Management, or equivalent in a similar field. Or
  • Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent in a similar field.

Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree with one year of experience, or a diploma with three years of experience in the same field.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
