- Ensurethat the operational process & procedures are developedreviewed and updated in regular basis and in accordance with localregulation.
- Process transactions in a timelymanner and confirm promptly to clients make sure all queriesescalated or resolved within agreed timelines procedures andguidelines.
- Ensure effective internal controlsare maintained and followed
- Support of thesales/trading desk with trade booking & position managementon a daily basis.
- Work with partners in Financeto ensure that accurate P&L figures are fed to the generalledger and management reporting for the business in theKingdom.
- Ensure that all the relevantreconciliations on stock/cash positions are controlled and reportedon time.
- Follow up corporate actions andcompany announcement and cashsettlement.
- Ensure ALL queries are dealt withpromptly andefficiently
- UniversityGraduate / Bachelors degree
- Fluency in writtenand spoken English &Arabic
- Acquaintance with MS Office suite ofapplications
- Team player ability to performunder pressure
- Ability to develop proceduresand work on variousprojects
