Summary

The responsibilities of this position include planning, scheduling and estimating maintenance work for mechanical equipment, SAP Implementation for equipment, spares, SOP, etc.

Duties also include the procurement planning of mechanical spare part


Responsibilities:


  • Plan, schedule, estimate and/or coordinate maintenance work. Prioritize work and determine preventive maintenance schedule for mechanical equipments.
  • Extracting maintenance/ spares from manual into SAP
  • Updating and improving SOP in SAP
  • Closure of work order
  • SAP report analysis
  • Purchase materials, tools and equipment: Develop specifications for procurement of goods, materials and equipment.
  • Estimate and determine labour and material requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate work requirements for equipments maintenance.
  • Coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
  • Cost tracking,
  • Assisting in maintenance Budget preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


Education:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering


Experience:


  • 6 to 10 years of experience in relevant role
  • Experience using AutoCAD and MS Office

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Knowledge of planning/scheduling techniques and principles
  • Knowledge of estimating and drafting principles
  • Spares and SOP procedure preparation
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Problemsolving skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Skill in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings
  • Skill in researching information
  • SAP system proficiency is required
