These models will includeall relevant financial, economic, and spatial (e.g., GFA) metrics.Responsibilities include pressure-testing benchmarks, inputs, andmethodology to ensure consistency andrigor.
- Strategy development: Support thedevelopment of strategic direction and understand market andindustry trends, translating these into appropriate inputs andmodel implications.
- Presentations andstorytelling: Support the development of presentations for a wideset of audiences, conveying the sector narrative, strategy,development program and financialimplications.
