About the Client:

Our client is a pioneering entertainment destination located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, currently seeking an experienced Executive Director of Development for Entertainment Assets.

This groundbreaking project aims to redefine the entertainment landscape in the region, offering unparalleled experiences and attractions for visitors of all ages.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive development strategy for entertainment assets aligned with the client's vision and objectives.

Project Management: Oversee the entire life cycle of entertainment projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of entertainment assets within the larger development.

Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government authorities, contractors, vendors, and other relevant partners.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative and cutting-edge elements into entertainment projects.

Financial Management: Oversee budgeting and financial planning for entertainment assets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in Director
- and Executive Director-level roles overseeing the development of entertainment assets.

  • Strong understanding of the entertainment industry, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian market and regulations is a plus.
