Roles And Responsibilities
- Wealth Management Strategy Development and Execution.
- Develop and execute wealth management strategies that align with the overall objectives of the department, ensuring they are designed to meet wealth clientele needs.
- Client Relationship Management.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with highnetworth clients and institutional investors interested in real estate investments, both locally and internationally, across portfolio.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored wealth management solutions and investment guidance to clients.
- Team Support and Collaboration.
- Support team members in delivering personalized wealth management solutions and activations locally and worldwide.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance overall client satisfaction and business growth.
- Market Expansion and New Business Opportunities Identify new segments and emerging financial markets to uncover potential business opportunities.
- High-NetWorth Client Business Development-Develop business opportunities, including but not limited to joint ventures (JV), catering to highnetworth individuals in addition to Managing client relationships to ensure the successful completion of transactions.
- Marketing and Client Acquisition.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and initiatives within the investments wealth management space to attract new clients and drive business growth.
- Customized Presentation and content: Support in creating customized presentation materials tailored to the needs of wealth clients, in addition to dedicated customer journey and processes to support B to B activations (Wealth Brokers etc ).
