Supplier Relation Specialist

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Supplier Relation Specialist to join our team
In this role, you will join a professional engineering, construction, and cost management team that is delivering Kidana project.

Kidana Development Company for Makkah & Holly Sites intend to develop and transform the holy sites from being only religious destination to a year-round destination.

This will include new master plan with improved infrastructure and mobility to the expected increased visitors to 5m a year.


What You'll Be Doing:


  • Ensure efficient and compliant processes and procedures are developed for legal commercial document collected and adhered to for sourcing and supplier management
  • Support in maintaining partnerships at all levels with the suppliers to emphasize collaboration and set clear expectations, common goals, trust and transparency
  • Assist internal business and quality teams with material and process selection for purchases, locating and selecting suppliers for purchases per category strategies.
  • Develop and improve major business processes such as business continuity and supplier partnership to deliver annual improvements in total cost, quality and service, and support sites as needed
  • Champion annual productivity improvements by leading internal & joint supplier/teams pursuing cost reduction opportunities in alignment with the sourcing strategy
  • Develop and implement strategic plan(s) for functional area(s) managed
  • Communicate and develop the Strategic Supplier plan in accordance with the longterm business plan and business need
  • Tracking supplier performance and ongoing evaluations as well as responsible for Tracking expired legal commercial documents and follow up with suppliers for commercial document validation.

What you'll bring:


  • Bachelor degree Engineering or Contract Management, and/or Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management from an accredited university.
  • 35 years in procurement, 23 years in Supplier Relationship Management
  • Collect, analyze, and manage data pertaining to the service providers
  • Relationship Specialist for all services provided.
  • 5+ years in strategic sourcing and procurement life cycle management.
