InnovationTeam is a leading technology solutions provider that prides itself on delivering exceptional results for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of client projects.

As a Project Manager at InnovationTeam, you will be responsible for:

Leading and managing the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Collaborating with crossfunctional teams, stakeholders, and clients to define project objectives and deliverables.
Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Monitoring project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and resolving issues effectively.
Managing project documentation, including requirements, specifications, and change requests.
Ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Providing regular project status updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Leading and motivating project teams to achieve project goals and deliverables.
Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Proven experience as a Project Manager, leading complex technology projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Experience working with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.

Requirements:

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 :3 years of experience as a Project Manager, leading technology projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
