    Roessel Joy has partnered with awell-known VAC company located in Canton, MA seeking a Billing/ARManager to join their team The ideal candidate is detail orientedwith HVAC experience This is a greatopportunity for career growth and to join a collaborative team ofindividuals.

    Responsibilities:

    Fullunderstanding of the AIA Construction Billing Process, waivercollection, certified payroll, and paymentapplications

    Manage month-end andyear-end closing; ensure timely and accurate financialreporting

    Prepare monthlyreconciliations, journal entries and financialreports

    Analyze financial informationand summarize financial status

    Ensureteam reviews AIA contracts to ensure accurate billing requirementsare met

    Contacting customers toresolve open balances on the 90+ dayreceivable

    Run/Collect weekly ARreports/updates and distribute to teams for followup

    Responsible for the development andimplementation of goals, policies and procedures and training thatprovide efficient collection of Accounts Receivable and bestinvoicing practices

    Evaluateaccounting processes and procedures; recommend enhancements andimprovements

    Qualifications:

    BS/BAin Business or Accounting ispreferred

    1+ Years Billing/ARExperience; Tech Savvy

    Proficient inMicrosoft (emphasis onExcel)

    Construction/GC industryexperience

    Strong GL and MEExperience; AIA Billing is a plus

    ERP/Spectrum knowledge is aplus
