Providing operational services for the setup, deployment, and activation of one-stop-shop public e-services platform

  • Build inhouse teams (mainly technical) who will be responsible for the management of the platform and all its related processes
  • Lead the change management activities within a structured process framework
  • Support training and communication as part of change management
  • Manage change requests
  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
  • Identify risks and developing risk mitigation tactics
  • Identify and manage anticipated resistance to change

Requirements:


  • 4+ years of experience in change management
  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
