Responsibilities and Requirements:

Planning and visualizing construction projects in close collaboration with architectural and design teams, project teams, and clients to comprehend their needs and goals.

Presenting and elaborating on graphics for clients and coworkers.
Considering feedback and making the required adjustments to fulfill client expectations.
Creating and implementing design concepts while making sure they adhere to the objectives and requirements of the project.
Ensuring that every notion is as precisely and beautifully conveyed as possible.
Supporting decision-making in planning.
Creating animations and CGI (computer-generated images), as well as static visualizations.
Putting design ideas for buildings into multiple graphic formats.
Using software to produce accurate and aesthetically pleasing 3D visualizations.
Keeping up-to-date with market developments and improvements in 3D visualization methods and relevant software developments.
Making use of composition, lighting, material, and color theory principles to improve the final product's visual impact.
Upholding meticulous attention to detail and guaranteeing accuracy in all created visuals.

Working together with other team members, including graphic designers or architects, to ensure that visualizations are seamlessly incorporated into bigger projects.

Sticking to deadlines.
Experienced in 3D visualization.
Have at least related certificates.
