Business Development Manager/ Associate Director:

  • Build, maintain & grow client relationships (product managers, marketing managers, business intelligence managers) across top pharmaceutical companies in UAE & KSA. (Working in markets all over the Middle East & Africa)
  • Promote Healthcare data services inside client organizations
  • Listen to client's business & research needs
  • Design research approaches that address their needs and formulate these into compelling competitive sales pitches (usually in PowerPoint)
  • Understand competition research products and demonstrate product superiority accordingly to clients
  • Achieve annual sales targets
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Developing quotes and proposals for clients
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met

Job Requirements:

  • Experience 8+ Years in the field of Research
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical Companies is A HUGE PLUS
  • Fluency in English is A MUST
  • MUST be in Dubai or KSA
  • The capability of communicating with others inside and outside the company
