Business Development Manager/ Associate Director:
- Build, maintain & grow client relationships (product managers, marketing managers, business intelligence managers) across top pharmaceutical companies in UAE & KSA. (Working in markets all over the Middle East & Africa)
- Promote Healthcare data services inside client organizations
- Listen to client's business & research needs
- Design research approaches that address their needs and formulate these into compelling competitive sales pitches (usually in PowerPoint)
- Understand competition research products and demonstrate product superiority accordingly to clients
- Achieve annual sales targets
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met
Job Requirements:
- Experience 8+ Years in the field of Research
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Companies is A HUGE PLUS
- Fluency in English is A MUST
- MUST be in Dubai or KSA
- The capability of communicating with others inside and outside the company
