- Manage programrequirements, control scope, and ensure successful program deliveryto established metrics scope, schedule, quality andinvestment
- Lead alignment activitiesacross the tech stack to launch new common modules for enterpriseadoption
- Work very closely with eachproduct line to ensure customer requirements are met and adoptionschedules are aligned across the enterprise for new common moduletechnology
- One(1) or more years of experience planning and coordinating withcross-enterprise product delivery teams and managementteams
- Skill in managing risk,managing change, negotiation, and conflictresolution
- Understanding of JohnDeere (or equivalent) vehicles andimplements
- Prior Project Managementexperience
- Excellent communicationskills (written, verbal, comprehension, andpresentation)
- Providesmanagement and leadership to work teams for the successful deliveryof strategic business projects or product introductions bygathering necessary resources, establishing priorities anddelivering outcomes that are focused on business growth, products,and/or improving customer satisfaction or channel partnerdevelopment.
- Leads work teams togather necessary resources and establish priorities in support ofstrategic business initiatives or product introductions.
- Identifies the project deliverable,directs the design of the project plan, and leads the execution ofthe plan.
- Ensures projects aredeveloped with realistic outcomes, business objectives and customersatisfaction targets.
- Determines andsecures resources to assure successful completion of aproject.
- Monitors ongoingproject/program status and maintains communications with businessunit leadership and affectedstakeholders.
