Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and developing relationships with clients.- Promote Giza Systems' image and culture internally & externally.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Work with the presales manager to determine the appropriate supplier and offerings as per the strategy of the Lob.
- Review market trends and technological advances to determine impact on the Lob's offering.
- Work with team to design highly technical solutions and identify the potential supplier(s) list for the provided solution(s).
- Lead the development of proposals, including scoping, solution design, pricing, and delivery models.
- Assign their team including themselves to their opportunities while providing guidance and support when needed.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure the complete understanding of the client's requirements. This might include client visits and presentation of solutions.
- Ensure the review of the technical aspect of the Project implementation plan prepared by the Project Managers ensuring it is achievable and within the set time frame.
- Prepare and regularly update the offerings in their area.
- Educate the Sales Team on the basic technicalities and functionality of all offerings to guide them in identifying leads within the assigned sectors.
- Communicate with Sales, PMs and Technical teams to gather insights and information on different aspects such as clients' needs and projects challenges which can be an added value to the offerings portfolio or changes in proposal.
- Ensure proper knowledge preservation and management of both the presales team and the organization.
- Coordinate continuous products/offering awareness campaigns across the organization.
- Develop the presales team to be ready to act as a consultant/advisor to the client on the complex technical issues and conduct presentations.
- Train new members and identify and encourage areas for growth and development within the team
- Be Proactive in maintaining and increasing the team's and their own technical knowledge
- Identify training needs or requirements for themselves individually and for the team.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop highperforming teams.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a collaborative and customerfocused approach.
- Willingness to travel as needed
Technical Skills:
- B.Sc. in Computer Engineering, Information Technology
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in presales or service management roles, with a focus on managed services.
- Experience in the software industry, with a deep understanding of operations and operations support for different types of customers.
- Familiarity with managed service industry standards like ITIL and
