JASARA Program Management Company, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join its team.

JASARA provides solutions-based program management services to social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia with a vision to bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that JASARA's financial obligations are met in an efficient, accurate, and timely manner.

You will work with a dynamic and diverse team of professionals on exciting and complex programs in the field of Civil Engineering.


Responsibilities:


  • Verify and process invoices and expense reports
  • Manage vendor relationships, including responding to inquiries and resolving discrepancies
  • Conduct monthly closing processes and prepare journal entries
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Record and reconcile transactions related to accounts payable
  • Monitor payment deadlines and ensure timely payments
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to improve and streamline accounts payable processes

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software (SAP preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with diverse stakeholders.
