Our client is one of the largest real estate companies based in the Middle East with subsidiaries operating in over 30 countries.

As a result of continued growth with major Real Estate mandates focused on the development of Saudi's Giga Projects, a new opportunity has been created for an experienced projects lawyer.

You will report directly to the Group General Counsel and act as the primary projects lawyer for the business with a key focus on major infrastructure, power and water projects.

You will advise on the development and asset management of major social infrastructure, power and water projects with ownership and responsibility on drafting and negotiating with counterparties and financiers of project agreements.

You will advise the Group General Counsel and stakeholders on Joint Development Agreements, Shareholders Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements, Water Purchase Agreements, Project Development/Concession Agreements, EPC Agreements, Technology direct and escrow agreements and project agreement-specific direct agreements.

This position requires you to provide regular due diligence on project structuring and project agreements of potential target projects or entities for M&A activities and assist with negotiation and drafting of letters of intent and share purchase agreements.
