mission:


  • Planning, organizing, directing and controlling production employees and workers and fully supervising the inputs, processes and outputs of production processes**
  • Develop daily plans for the items to be produced according to the orders received from the warehouse management and the sales department

- Determine needs for raw materials, prepare orders for production process inputs, and submit them to the purchasing department

- Determine the needs of human resources necessary to work in the production department, participate in selecting workers in the department, determine the training needs of each individual, train and motivate them to work, and participate in the evaluation process for individuals.

  • Evaluating the progress of production processes and making the necessary changes aimed at improving the quality of production and reducing time, effort and cost**
  • Submitting reports on everything related to the progress of production operations, achievements and failures to senior management

- Follow up on compliance with health and safety rules

- Follow up on compliance with monitoring and quality control standards

- Innovating new products

- Communicating and dealing with customers, buyers, and sales and marketing staff

Salary is determined after the interview.
