As the Finance Internal Audit Manager, you will join a team that inspires each other to reach new levels of performance excellence and provides a solutions-based approach to deliver on the promise of Vision 2030.

As the Finance Internal Audit Manager in this civil engineering industry, your role is essential to ensure financial data accuracy.


Responsibilities:


  • Plan internal audits by understanding the scope of the audit and gathering relevant financial data.
  • Evaluate financial expenditures, detecting noncompliance with laws, regulations, and management policies.
  • Develop audit reports and present audit findings to management.
  • Implement internal control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and procedures.
  • Identify areas of financial and operational risk and develop solutions to mitigate issues.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, as needed.
  • Coordinate and lead crossfunctional teams of auditors to ensure timely completion of audits.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) Must.
  • At least 10 years of experience in internal audit.
  • Deep understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of internal audit procedures and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problemsolving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
