What you will do:


  • Negotiating, drafting, and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other parties.
  • Monitoring project costs closely, from initial estimates to final expenditures.
  • Collaborating with project teams to develop accurate budgets for construction projects.
  • Allocating resources effectively, ensure that budgets are adhered to, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Analyzing project financial performance, assess revenue, expenses, and overall profitability.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks, developing risk management plans, and implementing strategies to minimize the impact of unexpected events on the project's financial health.
  • Assessing the impact of changes on costs, timelines, and contracts, ensuring proper documentation and negotiation.
  • Overseeing procurement activities, ensuring timely and costeffective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring client satisfaction by addressing concerns, managing expectations, and fostering effective communication.
  • Playing a role in resolving contract disputes or disagreements through negotiation, mediation, or legal means while safeguarding the company's interests.
  • Providing regular financial and progress reports to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Contributing to the development of financial strategies for the construction company.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Staying informed about industry trends, market fluctuations, and competitive landscapes.

What they expect from you:


  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a commercial management role in the construction industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and construction project management software.
