- Leading customers, through the implementation process with a primary focus on off-site implementations (via scheduled sessions using web conferencing).
- Understanding the business processes, and application environment, and gathering customers requirements.
- Meet the client's expectations and internal deadlines to ensure timely and successful implementations.
- Providing technical support to cross-functional teams for our product.
- Maintaining technical proficiency through self-training.
- Desire and motivation to develop your technical and interpersonal skills by supporting the implementation processes of a SAAS product.
- You have former experience with Technical support roles with a level of knowledge in the IT, and ITIL fields.
- ITIL Foundation Certificate- an advantage.
- You re able to manage projects under time limitations, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- You re able to deliver presentations to all business levels.
- You have strong oral and written English communication skills.
