Rewaa is a fast growing technology company based in Riyadh, we help business owners increase their sales and lower operational cost by using cloud based Inventory and sales management system.

Rewaa is used by over 20k retailers across the MENA region and growing by 30% month over month.


Rewaa Technology Company is seeking a Director of Product Management, constantly ensuring that the functions of the product team are properly and effectively being executed.

The Head of Product Management is also tasked with overseeing the innovation and improvement of the business's product as well as the day-to-day product activities in such a way that ensures that the product is constantly growing to suit the consumers' needs.

Also, ensure that necessary steps are being taken to make any modifications that are being made in the product or strategy in order to bring out the best results for the business.

The Head of Product Management is essentially responsible for identifying opportunities that lead to the growth of the product through innovation while still maintaining the fundamental business goals/priorities.


Responsibilities & Duties:


  • Determining feature requirements.
  • Researching customer experiences and demands.
  • Improving customer experiences.
  • Outlining a detailed product strategy.
  • Managing crossfunctional teams.
  • Managing product road maps and releases.
  • Understanding product selling points.
  • Identifying and filling product gaps.
  • Generating new product ideas.
  • Developing product pricing and positioning strategies.
  • Working alongside engineering teams.
  • Working with PR and marketing teams to manage product launches.

Qualifications:


  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a product development or management role.
  • Proven product development ability.
  • Technical background with experience in software development or web technologies.
  • Attention to detail and good problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication.
  • Exceptional leadership skills.
