Join Newrest in NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia as an Executive Chef.

Mission:

• To organize all the resources within the Kitchen and other areas.
• To ensure Full diet and Therapeutic diets will be prepared in separate areas.
• The meals will be produced using the standard recipe cards.
• To ensure timely preparation of food as per set menu and within the set cost.
• To ensure quality, quantity and hygienic food is served with particular emphasis on presentation. To try and ensure minimum / no wastage (excess food balance).
• To plan and cost menus in coordination with the deputy project manager keeping in mind the basic principle of FIFO. To plan for variety of preparations in the menu ensuring the satisfaction of the client and within the set cost norms.
• To assist Storekeeper in indenting for provisions.
• To be responsible for allocation of work to other kitchen staff.
• When required, to prepare and cook dishes.
• To ensure timely pre-preparation / set up preparation (wash, clean, cut vegetables, fruits, meat, chicken, fish and bakery products) and cooking.
• To ensure proper cleanliness of the kitchen area.
• To know and observe all safety rules and effectively supervise to ensure implementation of company HSE policy, HACCP and discipline in the production area and by the staff.
• To ensure proper grooming and hygiene of self and all production staff.
  
  

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as Chef in large camp management (minimum of 4000 POB).
• Good knowledge and experience working in remote site in Arabic culture is necessary
• Must have strong knowledge of HACCP
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Arabic is a real plus.
  
  

About NEOM Project:

Be part and contribute to a great project NEOM is located in the Sharma Valley. We will expect POB at peak with catering services and facilities management in the remote site.

You will have a company car at your disposal to move in camp. Accommodation and meals provided. No rotation. 6 weeks' vacation. 3 return tickets to home country
