Eram Talent, an independent Talent Acquisition Consultancy with extensive experience in the Oil and Energy industry, is looking for a Subsea Inspector.

As a Subsea Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and integrity of subsea structures, equipment, and pipelines.


Responsibilities:


  • Inspect subsea structures, equipment, and pipelines to ensure safety and integrity.
  • Perform visual and nondestructive testing on subsea components.
  • Evaluate inspection results and create inspection reports.
  • Recommend corrective actions and provide solutions to subsea inspection problems.
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
  • Monitor subsea welding activities to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with clients and other stakeholders.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Subsea Engineering or similar field.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience as onboard inspection coordinator + CSWIP Grade 3.4U
  • Extensive knowledge of inspection techniques, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience with subsea equipment, material selection, and welding processes.
  • Certified Inspector by organizations such as ASNT, PCN, or CSWIP.
  • Thorough understanding of industry codes and standards, such as API, ASME, and DNV.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills.
