Poised for expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Sales Manager.


Key Responsibilities:


Business Development:


  • Identify and explore new opportunities in the audiovisual market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Work with sales and marketing teams to create strategies for product growth and expanding into new markets.

Technical Expertise:


  • Use extensive technical knowledge to design and implement advanced audiovisual solutions.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in AV controllers, specifically Crestron and Extron, to create customized solutions for different client needs.
  • Provide technical support to internal teams and external clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.

Integration of Audio and Visual Systems:

  • Develop a clear understanding of how audio and visual systems seamlessly work together.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure the smooth integration of audio and visual components in product design and implementation.

Market Analysis:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and market demands.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for improving and developing products.
  • Analyze competitors and market dynamics to make informed strategic decisions.

Qualifications and Qualities:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Business, Information Technology) or equivalent work experience.
  • 610 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating a successful track record in both business development and technical aspects of audiovisual systems.
  • Proficient in designing solutions for AV controllers, particularly Crestron and Extron.
  • Indepth understanding of audio and visual system integration.
  • Familiarity with the latest market trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
