Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing key projects by coordinating and tracking progress, ensuring deadlines are met, and facilitating communication among team members.
- Create and edit professional presentations, reports, and documents, incorporating data analysis and visual aids to effectively communicate complex information.
- Assist in preparing for negotiations by conducting research, analyzing market trends, and gathering relevant data to support decisionmaking.
- Utilize basic math skills and a finance perspective to perform financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring key financial metrics.
- Serve as a liaison between senior stakeholders and other internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercise discretion when handling confidential matters.
Key Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to draft professional correspondence and prepare articulate presentations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, conduct research, and provide valuable insights to support negotiation processes.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize data to inform decisionmaking.
- Basic understanding of finance principles, including the ability to perform basic financial calculations, analyze financial statements, and interpret financial data.
- Proficient in using productivity software, project management tools, and communication platforms.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, finance, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience in an executive support role or a similar position, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong professional demeanor, with the ability to interact confidently with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of trust.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic work environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
