Education andcertificates:

Bachelor's degree ininformation systems, business administration, or relatedfield.
SAP Certified certifications in SD/CX module is anadded advantage.
Experience and technicalknowledge:

At least 5-7 years of experience inSAP SD/CX applications and a deep understanding of sales andcustomer service processes.
Extensive knowledge of otherSAP modules such as MM (Material Management) and FI (FinancialAccounting) and their integration.
Communication andanalysis:

Excellent communication skills tointeract with customers and internal teams and identify businessrequirements.
Ability to analyze problems, identifytechnical solutions, and direct teams to implementthem.
Training and leadership:

Abilityto lead, direct and train work teams in the use and maintenance ofthe SAP SD/CX system.
