Education and certificates:

Bachelor's degree in information systems, business administration, or related field.
SAP Certified certifications in SD/CX module is an added advantage.
Experience and technical knowledge:

At least 5-7 years of experience in SAP SD/CX applications and a deep understanding of sales and customer service processes.
Extensive knowledge of other SAP modules such as MM (Material Management) and FI (Financial Accounting) and their integration.
Communication and analysis:

Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams and identify business requirements.
Ability to analyze problems, identify technical solutions, and direct teams to implement them.
Training and leadership:

Ability to lead, direct and train work teams in the use and maintenance of the SAP SD/CX system.
