    Corporate Human Resource :
    • Work closely with the Promoters on policies,and programs for the Group Companies/business
    • Effectively achieve the goals of the organization withhis active participation in the process of acquisition anddevelopment of
    • developing and implementing anoverall strategy for organizational growth, Manpower Planning,Recruitment,Employee engagement, Performance management, IR/ laborrelations, such as union handling, employee retention, grievanceprocedures, disciplinary actions, statutory compliance and laborpolicy, to support an excellent work environment and compliancewith labor
    • Support employee relations byadvocating an attitude and philosophy consistent with the corevalues of the
    • Supervise and guide the HRmanager and executives in the group
    • Developand implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with theoverall business strategy
    • Coordinate &enable quality hiring (collaborate with functional heads onmanpower planning/needs)
    • Manage therecruitment and selection process at Plant ,corporate office, andsales offices
    • Oversee and manage a performanceappraisal system that drives high performance
    • Assess training needs to apply and monitor trainingprograms
    • Review the monthly MIS &align strategy with the management

    Compliances & IndustrialRelations

    • Bridgemanagement and employee relations by addressing demands, grievancesor other issues
    • Manage employee relations,negotiation, settlements
    • Union avoidancetactics, with strong knowledge of the National Industrial Relations
    • Managing and negotiating union collectivebargaining agreement experience
    • Work with andat the direction of the promoters on projects that align businessand labor strategies to ensure timely execution of business
    • This position will incorporate knowledge ofstate and central employment laws to address requests fromgovernment
    • Take the lead role ininvestigating and answering governmental claims
    • Lead/Oversee or Assist Region HR/IR leaders in executinglabor strategy and all field activities within the Business
    • Build credibility with employees, maintaingood morale amongst employees, gain trust of management,

    • Strong knowledgeand experience working with employment laws governing the workplaceis required
    • Demonstrated problem solving,judgment and conflict resolution skills with the ability to providehigh quality independent analysis, conclusions, and
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, written andinterpersonal communication skills
    • Provenability to think critically, and effectively resolve problems orissues by using judgment that is objective and
    • Ability to handle information of sensitive andconfidential nature in the utmost professional
