Requirements:


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with specific expertise in HR operations and strategy.
  • Experience working in the railway, transportation, and construction industries is required.
  • Fluency in Arabic is required
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
