Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety and security of the mall.

Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
Manage and oversee a team of security personnel, including recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
Collaborate with external security agencies, law enforcement, and emergency response teams to establish effective partnerships and response protocols.
Monitor surveillance cameras and security systems to maintain a constant and vigilant presence within the mall.
Conduct investigations into security incidents, including theft, vandalism, and other breaches, and take appropriate actions to mitigate future occurrences.
Oversee access control systems, ensuring that only authorized personnel and vehicles have access to the mall.
Conduct frequent patrols to ensure the overall safety of the mall, including parking areas and common areas.
Provide regular security training and awareness programs for mall personnel and tenants to enhance their understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.
Keep uptodate with advancements in security technology and industry best practices, and implement relevant updates or improvements as necessary.
