As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be trusted with conducting independent work on real-world challenges and supported with guidance and training to help you succeed. Our team has some of the best national and international talent from institutions such as MIT, Stanford, Google, Expedia, McKinsey, J.P. Morgan, and others.

As a Technical Support Engineer, your daily workload might include

:


  • Work with clients premises to install, administer and maintain complex software platforms.
  • Provide L1 and L2 standard technical support levels for the client
  • Support the client's technical teams in preparing necessary infrastructure.
  • Analyse, implement and fix all solution configuration, integration and setup issues
  • Monitor the deployed solution and document any incidents
  • Work with all entire solutions team (support, engineering, data science, product management and consulting) to resolve complex technical problems and ensure customer success
  • Escalate relevant product bugs and improvements R&D teams
  • Prepare a root cause analysis report for high priority issues.
  • Trace potential issues on various databases and data platforms.
  • BSc in Computer Science or any related fields
  • At least 12 years of Technical Support or IT experience
  • Experience with at least one scripting language
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Windows server, and the Microsoft enterprise stack
  • Good understanding of command line tools in Windows
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to deescalate difficult situations with customers
  • A strong bias to action — you are excited to learn and do new things as required to create tangible impact.
  • MCSE and MCSA certificates are a plus
