HyperSpace is a Dubai/Riyadh based future forward entertainment company, building a new format of location based entertainment linking physical and digital experience and customer engagement.

Our parks sit at the convergence of social media arena and real world video game, engaging our audience meaningfully through an IRL physical experience and through digital engagement and gameplay post-visit.

Our parks are powered by tokens and digital assets, and run on a game economy mirroring AAA gaming environments, and are purpose built for a new generation of content creators and players.

To date we have opened up our first entertainment attraction - AYA - a 40,000sq-ft digital immersive experience park located in Dubai, which is seeing an average of 2a,000 visitors a day.

A diligent and proactive professional with a broad knowledge of the technology industry and system procedures to perform setups, installations, servicing, troubleshooting and repairs quickly and accurately.

• Reports to AV Supervisor, overseen by Facilities Manager / Park Manager.
• Responsible for operating and monitoring audiovisual equipment and systems used for the daytoday operations of the park and special events.
• Resolving technical issues.
• Running daily diagnostic tests before venue operations begin.
• Identifying and resolving malfunctions immediately.
• Keeping accurate reports and records of all maintenance activities.
• Assembling system components.
• Installing and arranging equipment in its proper positions.
• Instructing other stakeholders on how to operate the systems.
• Ensuring the safe operation of the equipment.
• Always Safeguarding the assets of the park
• Updating the asset register as required.
• Complete cleaning, servicing and other PPM works for AV assets.
• Ensuring all maintenance is carried out according to the required schedules.
• Always following manufacturer guidelines and warranty requirements when replacing elements, servicing, or repairing equipment.
• Perform and complete these, or any other, duties as assigned by the A/V Supervisor or other managers and stipulated in the goals and objectives.

• Experience with any type of media server e.g. Pandoras box, Modulo Resolume Arena, D3, Medialone, Brainsalt, Hippotizer. Etc.
• Dante Level 1 Certification. (Minimum).
• Knowledge or experience of DMX lighting systems or Artnet.
• Previous experience using any automation system e.g. Crestron, Extron.
• Projector maintenance skills.
• Experience with projection mapping would be a plus.
• Advanced in English language.
