About Us:

Persistence Recruitment on the behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, seeks a Digital Workplace Trainer for our client's $17 billion Sovereign Fund Culture and Tourism Destination Giga-Project in Riyadh.


We're looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) trainer with expertise in Oracle Aconex to design and deliver engaging training content and demos.

The role involves supporting users at all levels and ensuring effective utilization of the platform.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging training content for Oracle Aconex users.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and demos for project stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve training programs.
  • Stay updated on Oracle Aconex platform developments.

Requirements:


Requirements:


  • Proven experience in training for Oracle Aconex or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English.
  • Strong communication and technical skills.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
