We are a corporation specializing in the security and surveillance industry. As an industry leader, we are dedicated to providing innovative, quality solutions and services around the world. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that promotes our products and services, increases brand awareness, and supports our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams to coordinate product development and launch, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Oversee the management of marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and positive return on investment.
  • Manage and mentor a highperforming marketing team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
  • Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns, and adjust strategies based on the results and feedback.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendor partners.
Format into sections and lists to improve readability

Avoid targeting specific demographics e.g. gender, nationality and age


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the security and surveillance industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Proficiency in various marketing software and social media platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, international business environment.
