Roles and Responsibilities:

Implementing the department's policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with them within the facility

Providing support in operations and activities within the department and coordination and support to other departments
Responsible for following up on warehouse licenses, informing main management before any license expires, and implementing safety procedures and standards in all warehouse operations in accordance with civil defense requirements.
Planning and supervising the workflow in the warehouse
Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area and ensuring the accuracy of shipping and storage operations
Preparing and organizing the loading of products for drivers for delivery to customers
Measure and prepare the necessary reports on the effectiveness of warehousing activities
Maintaining item records and storing necessary documents
Receive and inspect items coming from suppliers/key management
Maintaining the integrity of the items and quantities of products in the warehouse
Controlling damaged items, preparing a monthly report, and following up on their maintenance in the warehouse workshops
Identify areas of improvement for work procedures and practices to update them
Creating orders for items in the event of a shortage of products in the warehouse and supplying exhibitions
Organizing vacations for warehouse employees and informing management to provide alternatives when there is a shortage of employees
Assist performance management in evaluating warehouse employees
Assist in training warehouse staff

Qualifications & Skiles:

diploma degree or related field
2-3 years of Experience in the same field
