    Job Description

    General Overview:

    Our client a large wellestablished Insurancecompany is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative tojoin their team in Riyadh KSA. The successful candidate will beresponsible for resolving complex inquiries for clients andcustomers and be integral to the Organizations Customer Serviceactivities.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Handle calls emails and respond to simple and complexinquiries regarding eligibility card status Envoyregistration/navigation policy benefits issue certificates ofinsurance claims status and other related information.
    • Provide clear and accurate solutions forinquiries from policy holders clients brokers and/orothers.
    • Receive and respond torequests by mail telephone or in person regarding insuranceclaims/policies.
    • Perform researchto respond to inquiries and interpret policy provisions todetermine the most effective response.
    • Mail or route claim forms and supporting documentationto various units for final processing.
    • Independently respond to inquiries grievances complaintsor appeals ranging from routine to moderate complexity.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree or equivalent.
    • Minimum 1years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customerproblems.
    • Call center experiencepreferred.
    • Excellent Englishwritten and oral communication skills.
    • Arabic written and oral skill is a must.
    • Exceptional organizational andtimemanagement skills.
    • Excellentinterpersonal skills with an ability to understand and interpretpolicy provisions.
    • Ability toperform in a highvolume fastpaced call centerenvironment.
    • Proven ability towork independently as well as a productive member of ateam.
    • Intermediate proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite; highlevel capacity to multitaskindependently.
    • Extensiveunderstanding of Medical Terminology.
    • Experience in the healthcare insurance industry isrequired.
