    JobDescription:

    Reportingto the Global Financial Services (GFS) leader, this candidate willsupport the transition from Oracle EBS to SAP S/4 The candidatewill support the Record-to-Report (RTR), Order-to-Cash (OTC), andSource-to-Settle (STS) processes and will engage with IT and thefinancial services team and will specifically support thereconciliation and resolution of issues identified in the interfacebetween Oracle EBS and SAP S/4 HANA via Magnitude SourceConnectThe successful candidate will be experienced in accounting andanalysis and expected to be highly self-motivated with provenexperience in best practice service

    DutiesandResponsibilities:
    • Track,audit and compare transactional postings between OracleEBS system and SAP S/4 HANA system viaMagnitude SourceConnect.
    • Developand maintain a reconciliation reporting process and manageexceptions during the hybrid
    • Supportthe month-end procedures within RTR/PTP/OTC asthey relate to Magnitude SourceConnect and other analytics as
    • Engagewith the Gilead ID, Business Process Owners, and partners,representing GFS RTR/PTP/OTC to resolveEngagewith IT team to confirm integrity of all data interfaces andescalate exceptions as
    • Supportany other key ad-hoc activities & initiatives withinRTR/PTP/OTC that align with the future operation and global ERPimplementation of S/4
    • Supportthe training, testing and conversion phases within the S/4 HANA

    QualificationsandExperience:

    • 2to 5 years experience working in a multinational or global Financeorganization, incorporating accounting knowledge andsystem and processexperience
    • Priordata analysis and exposure to system interfaces/integrations anadvantage
    • Knowledgeof ERP systems (experience working with Oracle and S/4HANA anadvantage)
    • Proficiencywith Excel, Word, Outlook, andPowerPoint
