Key accountabilities Contract delivery.

Managing the project teams, assessing stakeholder and engagement risks, driving delivery on time and reviewing / challenging the output produced by the teams.

Design, development, and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives, curricula, a governance approach, an accreditation approach and associated financial plans for the client.

Working with the Client and the project teams across a range of disciplines to deliver high-quality outputs against agreed contractual outcomes.

Support the creation of innovative solutions, adapting methods and practices to consistently drive high-quality outcomes for successful delivery. Help structure and manage complex work streams and/or entire engagements. Develop a Programme Initiation Plan to guide the establishment of the programme team and facilities. Develop a Programme Execution Plan to guide and integrate the projects as part of a holistic set of solutions. Preparation of project update briefs and business case / models among other documents for delivery to the Client. Secure access, resources and expertise from the client's organization as required. Co-ordinate and direct end user input to programme deliverables. Determine and manage risks to the Programme as well as the Budget, including the risk allowance. Definition of the criteria for control and management of the programme.

Establish a mechanism to ensure regular dialogue with the Client and the project teams to promote problem solving, teamwork and to manage risks.

Independently make decisions that have a major impact on key results, which contribute to the progress and delivery of contracted outputs.

Development and management of relationships across a broad sphere of influence. Interaction with senior leaders on a regular basis to better understand their needs, address emergent issues, and manage expectations. Assist in the creation of, and continually review, the status of key business strategy roadmaps and deliverables.
Consider the needs and impact of all stakeholders when developing and delivering programme outputs. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators [KPIs].

Proactively identify avenues for continuous improvement of contract 'services', including new approaches and processes that would contribute to both improvement to business growth/efficiency in the wider organization.
