Finance Manager - Arabic Speaker


Adecco is currently recruiting for Finance Manager - Arabic Speaker for our client who are leading prime technology/ digital consulting expert.

*This job posting is for a permanent placement position based in KSA*Our client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Finance Manager to join client's core team Primary responsibility will be around planning, developing, and implementing all the financial aspects of the business with the main goal of achieving the company's financial objectives.


We expect you to have a strong knowledge of all accounting, financial, and business principles as this position is critical to our business success.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the requirements of Company Law, and other local directives and regulations are being fulfilled.
  • Ensuring compliance with Finance and Accounting policies and reporting requirements of the company and its shareholders
  • Ensuring compliance with company's internal rules and guidelines
  • Ensuring compliance with Bank covenants
  • Timely reporting and submissions to management, shareholders, and authorities on periodical basis
  • Responsible for the production and accuracy of quarterly, halfyearly, and yearly financial statements of the company and workings/schedules relating to financial statements.
  • Ensuring that accounting and other related administrative records of the Companies are maintained properly
  • Being accountable for the setup and update of the forecasting model, including monthly rolling forecast, Budget and Medium-Term plans
  • Periodically maintains and updates the financial model intended for the Lenders and shareholders, as well as financial ratios
  • Develop very deep understanding of the Financing Agreements and the contractual framework of the project
Financial Planning, Analysis, and Management

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy to support the company's growth and expansion plans
  • Develop and implement robust risk management and internal control procedures and internal company policies
  • Ensure proper planning of activities and availability of required resources to meet all internal and external timelines
  • Challenge technical and commercial teams in all matters impacting compliance with financial covenants and financial performance
  • Advise Executive Management on all financial matters
  • Accountable for cash management, shortterm cash flow forecast and availability of funds
  • Prepare required periodic and adhoc analysis and variance analysis
  • Optimize cashflows and financial performance of the company
  • Provide all stakeholders with advice, and timely and accurate information regarding financial position and financial status, trend and financial risks analysis
Accounting, Audit and Tax

  • Direct accounting and financial activities and oversee all related processes
  • Implement strategies to manage tax obligations, to help maximize tax efficiency while also ensuring compliance with tax laws
  • Manage the processes of calculations, documentation, and payments of taxes to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Timely prepare and file accurate tax returns to tax authorities
  • Liaise with internal and external auditors, providing all supporting information, documentation and data needed for the completion of their audit assignments and resolve any outstanding audit queries
Financial Controls and Compliance

  • Responsible for designing and implementing financial processes and controls in the company, as per best standards and practices
  • Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements imposed by lenders, shareholders, regulatory and governmental bodies
  • Implement a sound and robust internal control environment in the company
  • Contribute actively to the improvement of business processes and internal control environment through periodic review of governance, reporting, finance, and accounting processes to develop lean and efficient organization of work.
Watch, Monitor and Report

  • Watch applicable laws, regulations, and standards
  • Assess best practices that could benefit the organization
  • Identify key financial and tax risks and develop and implement mitigation measures to mitigate potential risk exposure
  • Provide support in developing risk management strategies and policies for other risks identified at company level
  • Accountable for the financial reporting to the Executive Management, shareholders' Finance teams, board of directors, and lenders
Systems and Document Management

  • Ensure implementation, maintenance, and development of accounting and reporting systems
  • Oversee and direct the supporting documentation of all accounting records, reconciliations, and financial reports to ensure the accuracy and completeness of working papers and analysis.
