    Responsibilities:

    Therequest seeks to engage experienced candidates who have capabilityto:
    • Participatein the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) to develop and enhancea C# based, n-tier, enterprise software and associateddocumentation in accordance with AEC

    • Follow theAgile Methodology for software development using tools such asAzure
    • Liaisewith technical and business area staff to facilitate the rapidresolution of issues and/or faults within fielded
    • Provideanalysis on complex issues and contribute to the management,preparation, and coordination of policy formulation and/or project
    • May berequired to supervise a team to ensure high quality outputs,including the development of team members at lower classifications,building team capacity, and encouraging career
    • Developand support key internal and external relationships, includingmanaging stakeholders to achieve work area and agency goals andrepresent the agency by promoting its interests in various
    • Provideaccurate specialist advice, guidance and reporting on teamfunctional

    EssentialCriteria:

    • Demonstratedexperience with Agile Software Development Methodologies &Experience with Visual
    • Backenddevelopment experience using web API and SQL
    • Demonstratedexperience in Software Development Lifecycle(SDLC).
    • Strongexperience in Developing automated application build and deploymentscripts using the .NET environment (.NET Core), and additionalMicrosoft technology
    • Demonstratedexperience with cloud-based applications
    • Ability toproduce well designed, documented, and testable
    • Peerreview of developed products and
    • Knowledgeand experience in successfully setting priorities and deliveringquality results on time and on
    • Provenability to communicate effectively whilst anticipating stakeholderneeds and expectations across a geographically dispersed
    • Provenanalytical abilities with the ability to propose and facilitatechange and contribute to business improvement
    • Demonstratedability to manage staff while developing capabilities, encouragingcareer development, and promoting
