- As the successful candidate, youwill plan, execute and deliver recruiting strategies to target topglobal expatriate talent to join the Company and meet the hiringneeds of your assigned internal stakeholderorganizations.
- You will partner withstakeholder hiring organizations as well as in-house andthird-party recruiters to develop sourcing and recruiting plans andstrategies; develop clear, functional job briefs and ensurealignment with key stakeholder subject matter experts; utilize allavailable channels to identify, engage and attract top talent tojoin the Company ; develop appropriate compensation packages usingestablished policies and processes obtaining the necessaryapprovals from hiring organization decision-makers; and workingwith assigned recruiters and third-party agencies to securecandidate acceptances.
