POSITION OVERVIEW
This project involves PMC services for design management and construction supervision of several infrastructure and Utilities packages
The Stakeholder Manager is part of the shared services team and will be providing all necessary assistance concerning all stakeholder and handover related works under the guidance of the PMC Team Leader.
The incumbent will be responsible for the coordinating, managing and liasing with all Stakeholders, Authorities, Consultants and Contractors, arranges meetings and workshops, preparing presentations and minutes of meetings, review of all related documents submission to Authorities, follow up with ongoing submissions and provide feedback to the team for actions required, document and keep track on all the incoming and outgoing submissions and correspondences.
The work will also require administration of the handover process of the Utilities and Infrastructure Contracts with the relevant Authorities and Stakeholders, including documentation, meetings, inspections, coordination and approvals.
The Handover and Stakeholder Manager should have proficiency in providing technical reviews and comments to and from the Authorities and different Stakeholders to ensure compliance to contract specifications, programme and authority requirements.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working closely with client's Stakeholder Management Department, manage engagement with project stakeholders across local authorities, statutory and nonstatutory bodies, industry & business, land & property, communities, and other parties to establish strong working relations.
- Development and successful delivery of stakeholder management plans in accordance with the overarching stakeholder engagement strategy
- Mange and oversee the approval process of Masterplans, infrastructure and Vertical assets with project stakeholders, local statutory authorities.
- Find alignments between the project and the Vision realization programs to allow collaboration and enhance the delivery of the project.
- Manage stakeholder mapping and prepare communications to stakeholders and respond to stakeholder enquiries
- Manage consultants and contractor's stakeholder management teams, providing guidance and directing their workload activities to ensure timescales and requirements are met
- Work collaboratively with other members of the project team, liaising with other Stakeholder Managers in the stakeholder team
- Arrange and attend stakeholder meetings with technical team members and ensure feedback of stakeholder responses and requests to technical teams are responded to within agreed timescales
- Ensure accurate audit trail maintained of all stakeholder management and all contact/activities are recorded on stakeholder database
- Attend clientfacing meetings, collaborative planning workshops and report to client on progress
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree and/or post graduate qualification in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years related work experience and a minimum of 5 years experience in the GCC
