1.Design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and reliable cloud infrastructure on GCP.

  • Conduct security assessments and reviews to identify vulnerabilities and risks in the cloud environment.
  • Collaborate with development teams to integrate security into the DevOps pipeline and ensure compliance with security policies and practices.
  • Manage identity and access controls, network security configurations, and firewall settings in GCP.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans for GCP deployments.
  • Monitor cloud environments for security incidents and anomalies and respond to security events and incidents.
  • Stay updated with the latest in cloud technology and security trends and advise on adopting new technologies and practices.
  • Document cloud architectures, procedures, and security measures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional certification in GCP (e.g., Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect, Google Cloud Certified Professional Security Engineer) is highly desirable.
3.5+ years of experience in cloud computing, with a focus on GCP.

  • Strong understanding of cloud security principles, technologies, and practices.
  • Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Cloud Deployment Manager.
  • Knowledge of networking, virtualization, and containerization technologies.
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Benchmarks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
