Job Description and Qualifications

COMPANY PROFILE:


Air Products Qudra is a regional development and investment joint venture (JV) between Air Products and Qudra Energy, a subsidiary of Vision Invest.

  • Vision Invest is a leading development and investment holding company in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a diversified portfolio of investments across several sectors such as utility, infrastructure, logistics and industrial gases with a global operational investment footprint.***This position will report to "Supply Chain Manager".
    Purpose
This position has a dual tasks and responsibilities between logistics & payment roles.

  • The logistics roles start at the time of issuing the Purchase Order until receiving goods in our warehouse.
  • The Payment roles start after proper coordination between Vendors and Finance department bepend on agreed payment terms.
    PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Safety

  • Provide & maintain a safe work environment. Demonstrate leadership with all company & industry safe work processes to prevent all injuries.
  • Logistics responsibilities
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding ordered goods.
  • Responsible for gathering required documents belonged to ordered items.
  • Responsible to track any ordered goods.
  • Responsible for adding any new item to "Industrial Ministry" portal.
  • Responsible for following all requests of Duty Exemption.
  • Responsible for getting SABER certificates for incoming goods.
  • Responsible for customs & clearance processes.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders regarding shipment's status.
  • Coordinate with transportation companies to track any material until it's reached to final destination.
  • Prepare a weekly & monthly report for delivery & shipment status.
Payment responsibilities

  • Checking all payment supporting documents and make sure they are in compliance with the PO/contract terms.
  • Preparing the payment request form and submitting for approval.
  • Following up all payment progress, solving problems and communicating timely with related department.
  • Prepare & send the progress report to management team regularly.
  • Tracking and pushing with suppliers for the ontime delivery of invoice or any other supporting documents for prepayment, progress payment, contract amount and guarantee, in accordance with the PO/contract terms.
  • Creation and maintenance of operative structures in SAP for capital projects.
  • Review and resolution of invoice discrepancies for requisitions.
  • Maintain database of projects, run monthly budget reports in SAP, and provide cost and/or schedule exception reports to Management and engineers to help track and maintain compliance with performance targets.
  • He has to be the link between Supply Chain Department and Finance Team.
  • Perform closing of operative structures in SAP as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 8 years of Logistics work related experience.
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree.
  • Must have an experience in customs & clearance activities.
  • Proficiency in English & Arabic (Reading and Writing).
  • Knowledge in SAP (ERP System).

  • NOTE: The work location will be the Dhahran Techno Valley at first only, but once our facility in Jubail bean ready the employee should transfer to the new location.
