Service Operation Specialist


MBR Partners is seeking an Operations Specialist for a major smart city project in Saudi Arabia - this is an opportunity to be engaged in one of the world's major development projects.


Education:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Experience:


  • Proven experience in training and building strong customer relationships.
  • Experience in process management, including ticketing, support, and SLA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Assist in managing processes, including ticketing, support, and ensuring SLA compliance.
  • Contribute to training programs for both internal teams and customers.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Skills and Qualities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in service operation and product management of IT Solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Familiarity with process management, ticketing, support, and SLA adherence.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
