About us:


At Maharat Learning Center we support children and young adults with Specific Learning Difficulties including Dyslexia, Dyscalculia, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), as well as other cognitive disorders, developmental delays and learning difficulties that may be affecting their academic performance, and promote their inclusion in to the broader community.

Our programs are individualized and our teaching style utilizes Assistive Technology, Augmentative Alternative Communication, ABA teaching techniques, online resources, virtual reality, robotics and other innovative technology to teach children and young adults the academic, social and life skills they need to succeed in school, college and life.


Position:
Operations Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for daytoday oversight of office operations and departments and ensures that these departments are operating according to standards, policies and procedures relating to customer care, quality management, and health and safety.
  • Responsible for the daily supervision of administrative personnel in all administrative assignments to include the Client Services Department, Scheduling Department, Housekeeping, Health and Safety, Infection Control, and Maintenance & Inventory of service provision rooms.
  • Responsible for the communication of policies, procedures and sensitive matters with clients and successful handling and resolution of established client's complaints.
  • Responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and satisfaction of clients with services and staff.
  • Ensure that customer complaints are tracked for all departments and provide a presentation and quarterly report of the functioning of all clinical departments.
  • Conduct client satisfaction surveys and prepare relevant feedback via reports and presentations.
  • Conduct, follow up, and ensure that client exit interviews are received, analyzed, and documented quarterly.
  • Assist in the projection of growth and strategy to achieve goals set in place by management.
  • Assist management in solidifying and strengthening the Company's brand to the public.
  • Participate and coordinate with the management team on Health & Safety, Quality Improvement and Risk Management and serve on the respective committees as required.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree (any field)
  • Minimum 68ears of experience in Operations

Knowledge / Skills and abilities required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and / or Arabic.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Creative and problemsolving skills
  • Develop self skills to improve confidence, product knowledge, and other skills required to fulfill the job
  • Be enthusiastic and have highenergy levels.
  • Be able to work independently, as well as part of the multidisciplinary team.
