Our partner is a newand exciting femaleonly boutique fitness studio offeringexceptional facilities and services within the burgeoning andfastpaced Riyadh fitness scene. Led by a highly successfulentrepreneur we have been tasked to help find a Head Coach who willlead the team through opening and intomaturation.

• Of exceptionally highpersonal fitness the Head Coach will also have experience in teammanagement solid organisational skills and a basic understanding ofbookkeeping to help support the back officefunction.
• The ability to communicate clearlyand confidently is of paramount importance.
• TheHead Coach will be required to work with the owner to set businessand personal goals and deliver through training mentorship and theempowerment of her teammates.
• Alongsidedelivering smallgrouptraining classes and PT sessions herself thereis the requirement to prepare the class schedule manage the teamand ensure that all products and services are consideredmarketleading.
• A good understanding of how touse data to improve service class effectiveness and overallstrategy would beappreciated.
