About the Role:


As an (OD) Manager, you'll take the lead in driving strategic change initiatives for our 7 branches, refining our organizational structure, nurturing leadership capabilities, and fostering an engaging workplace culture.

Your key responsibilities will involve crafting and executing change management plans, designing effective leadership development programs, and implementing strategies to optimize our organizational effectiveness.

you'll oversee recruitment efforts, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations, and spearhead initiatives to enhance employee performance and satisfaction.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape both the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of our dynamic team.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Handling employee relations issues in a positive and productive work environment.
  • Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, incentives, and health insurance plans, to attract and retain employees.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal requirements and promote fairness and consistency in the workplace.
  • Design and implement performance management systems to set the performance appraisal, provide guidance on goal setting and performance feedback, and address performancerelated issues to support employee development within the organizational objectives.
  • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and coordinate learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and competencies.
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and morale, including recognition programs, teambuilding activities, and wellness initiatives.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance leadership skills and capabilities, including succession planning and leadership training.
  • Create an employee handbook that shows the culture and values of the organization and highlights the employees' do's and donts.
  • Assess and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency through processes such as workflow analysis, and organizational assessments.
  • Analyze and design organizational structures and processes to optimize efficiency, communication, and collaboration.

Job Requirements:


  • 5+ years of proven experience in the HR field or as an OD manager.
  • Familiarity with labor law.
  • Ability to lead and motivate crossfunctional teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS, and HRIS.
  • Proficiency in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform decisionmaking and measure the effectiveness of HR and OD interventions.
  • Adapt to both independent and collaborative work.
